Women and Girls Right
About
Promoting access to protection for Palestinian refugee women, girls, in Lebanon, and Zero intolerance of violence, discrimination, and exploitation.
The Women and Girls Rights Project was launched in 1996 after noting the phenomenon of domestic violence on the mothers of kindergarten children, while providing reproductive health-related activities. The association then proceeded to carry out a series of studies and research to find out the extent of the phenomenon and the reality of violence against women in the Palestinian society in Lebanon, with the aim of providing scientific information and numbers, and that from 1999 until the present day.
